Project : Ichi Baby Center is located on Sukhumvit 55 Road or Soi Thonglor. It is a 4-storey building with a usable area of over 1000 square meters. It is a comprehensive children’s wellness center. The target audience is children from birth to 14 years of age. Ichi Baby Center offers exercise areas, developmental skills training, a relaxing massage spa for children’s health with a focus on cleanliness and safety as the first priority.
Design to Services: Ichi baby center is located in Soi Thonglor 15 with high land rental prices. The entrance is narrow and filled with old residential buildings surrounding it. Architects must plan the construction carefully to minimize the impact on the surrounding area and operate the business as quickly as possible because rent must be paid during construction. In addition, this building was originally constructed as a service building of another type. The old structure had to be modified to suit the new building. Architects and engineers agree that hot-rolled steel structures should be used as the main structure that can perfectly meet all of the above requirements.
