Project : Astra Communication Service Co., Ltd., a leading domestic broadband market provider of communication equipment and the Internet. It is located in Phahonyothin 11 Alley. It is a 4-story office building with an area of 2,400 sq m.
Design to Services : With the vision of the management wanting to have a pleasant workplace, the functionality is divided into the ground floor building as a car park, the warehouse on the 2nd floor and the workspace of the employees on different floors. The building must have extra-wide columns, not bulky and must be airy. The SM520 steel is a complete design solution. During the construction, there were still limitations of the location: no pollution, limited storage space for building materials, and narrow transportation paths.
